Kira Dress screams "take me somewhere tropical!"! She is a lightweight, shirt dress with a front button closure, gathered detail, front pleats, neck-tie and bubble sleeves with elastic openings. Beautiful palm pattern of shades of olive, brown and cream. Also falls at a modest length hitting right above the knee.
